Meredith Wike became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2009, following the completion of her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Early in her career, she worked closely with the renowned Carbone Clinic and went on to establish her own clinics in Virginia and St. Kitts in the Caribbean.

In 2017, Meredith relocated to Santa Cruz, California, where she founded Summit Behavioral Consulting, LLC, serving individuals and families across Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. She is passionate about collaborative care and values partnering with providers from diverse backgrounds to deliver comprehensive, individualized support that helps clients access the full richness of life.

Outside of her professional work, Meredith enjoys traveling, music, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs.

Meredith is honored to serve on the board, fully aligned with its mission to uplift the Santa Cruz community. She appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of fellow board members, each bringing unique perspectives and strengths to the group.
